Community and the environment

Thanks to the inspiration of the tree planting by Joy Squires in 2020, there has been an increase in the community caring about these little trees along the canalside so we are planning wildflower planting, more insect hotels and sponsored swift boxes

Our seemingly tireless local Labour MP, Joy (Twitter: @JoySquires) has just dropped off information updates on the Swimming Pool. She’s always been there, in the thick of it supporting the Arboretum and very actively involved in doing things for us.
